Get your bombshell on: 1950's Makeup!

How to Fake a Beauty Mark

CLASSIC 1950's MAKEUP:
Will you fake a beauty mark for the Lumber Baron's Ball?

Why not? It's sexy and so easy to do. Give it a shot by clicking on the gorgeous M. Monroe above for a tutorial, also pinned on my 1950's Pinterest board!

BASICS: It's definitely NOT rocket science! 1950's makeup was classic, minimal and stunning. It can honestly be summed  up with few words: a cream complexion, groomed and defined brow, minimal shadow, black lined eye, thick upper lashes, minimal lower lashes, and a nice full red, fuchsia or berry lip.

There's no need for ME to write the book! Check out the awesome tutorials I've linked below for you--but that's about it! This weekend I'll be posting my own vintage look for the Lumber Baron's Ball and creating a look that is consistent with everything we've outlined
so far!
